Saint Agnes School is now accepting applications for admission for the 2019-20 school year for NEW students! We also accept mid-year transfers from other schools if space by grade level allows. Please call our admissions office to inquire about availability.

Application for Grade 9

Enroll in TADS (Admissions & Enrollment service) to:
     -Complete application for admission.
          -Priority acceptance date: January 19
     -Submit $100 application fee
     -Upload report cards from the past two years (or email to Mr. Joseph Olson)
     -Upload current grades from 2018-2019 school year (or email to Mr. Joseph Olson)

-Complete a Transfer Request Form through DocHub for the Admissions Office to send to your current school.

-Submit a character-based letter of recommendation from an adult who is not related to the student (e.g., coach, mentor, supervisor, etc.). Have the final letter emailed to Mr. Joseph Olson.

-Submit a written essay to one of the following questions. Scan the completed version and upload to TADS or email to Mr. Joseph Olson. Your final copy is to be handwritten and approximately 300-400 words:
     -1) Tell us about a hero in your life. This could be a family member, a friend, a public figure, a literary character, a canonized saint, etc. What make him/her a hero to you?
     OR 
     -2) What do you perceive to be one of the greatest challenges that will be faced by your generation? In what ways will a Saint Agnes high school education prepare you and your peers to face this challenge?

-Come join us for the Freshman Placement Exam at 8:00 AM on Saturday, January 19.

All completed applicant files are reviewed by both the Director of Admissions and the Director of the Upper School prior to final acceptance. Students who are of concern in the areas of academic and/or behavior are to meet with the Director of the Upper School.
