On March 3, 30 Aggie volunteers packed food at Feed My Starving Children. Feeding the hungry is a great corporal work of mercy to offer up as a community during this Lenten season.
On February 24, eight members of the Saint Agnes community came together for a prayer service at Planned Parenthood. This Lenten Service Saturday was spent praying for an end to abortion.
On February 17, nine students and three faculty members spent their Saturday serving Hugo’s Habitat for Humanity. The group worked for eight hours in three units, fixing sheetrock, relocating drywall, and insulating ceilings. Such a rewarding way to give back to our community and grow in virtue!
On March 10, Aggies cleaned the bleachers and scoured every handrail, doorknob, and stairway in the school. This was a great way to show appreciation for our facilities and extend hospitality toward everyone who spends time at Saint Agnes!
A special thank you to Mrs. Micah Treichel and all of our faculty and students who contributed time, talent, and treasure during these Lenten Service Saturdays!
