We know that a high-quality Catholic education can be challenging for many to afford – but your story doesn’t have to end there.

We are committed to working with families of all sizes, socio-economic backgrounds, and circumstances who have discerned God’s call to be at Saint Agnes School and are unable to pay full tuition.

Tuition Rates

Tuition for Preschool:
- 3-Day
  - Full Day: $4,800
- 5-Day
  - 1/2 Day (8-11:30AM): $4,500
  - 1/2 Day Extended (8AM-12:30PM): $5,300
  - Full Day: $6,800
- *Saint Agnes does not offer financial assistance for our preschool program. We do believe that we offer a competitively valued alternative to other preschools and childcare options.
Tuition for Grades K-6: $6,200
Tuition for Grades 7 & 8: $9,400
Tuition for Grades 9-12: $14,050

We work hard to make a Saint Agnes education affordable for as many students as we can responsibly serve. To further our fundraising efforts, students are asked to participate in the school-wide annual car raffle to meet an additional fundraising requirement of $120 per student ($400 maximum/family).

After School Care – 3:00-5:00 PM

There is no cost to any 7-12 grade students who are onsite after dismissal. All K-6* students that have not been picked up by 3:00 PM, except for those students involved in after-school sports and other pre-approved activities, will be directed to the lower-level cafeteria for teacher supervision. To compensate this additional staff responsibility, each student in After School Care from 3:00-5:00 PM will be charged a fee of $0.10 per minute (based on a rate of $6.00/hour per student). Students picked up late after 5:00 PM will be assessed a charge of $10.00.

Other

Additional fees may also include expenses related to field trips, yearbooks, and some AP class textbooks. Contact your homeroom teacher or activity advisor for specific details regarding these costs.

Athletic Fees

Athletics

To maintain equipment, coaching, officials, and other costs, our robust Aggie Athletics Department assesses a $75-$155 athletic participation fee for each sporting activity in grades 5-12. Variable Tuition

Through our variable tuition initiative, we will create a plan – customized for your family’s unique story – to partner with you in supporting your child’s education.

We believe every dollar invested in educating your child is (and always will be) worth the sacrifices that our families, donors, and faculty make.

Take a moment and see the average level of assistance other families have qualified for, dependent on family size. If you would like a quote for your family’s particular circumstances, please submit a financial aid application through TADS. Final awards will be determined based on an individual family’s TADS application.

No family pays the full cost of a Saint Agnes education.

The full cost of our Preschool through 6th grade is currently $8,400/year; 7th through 12th grade programs are currently $14,400/year. Full tuition covers only between 55% and 84% of the cost to educate our students. We rely on community support to subsidize over 75% of our families who need aid.
